These Payment Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through the services provided by Skilled Orbit (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing our resume writing or career coaching services, you agree to the following terms.
All services must be paid in full before work begins unless otherwise stated in writing. Payments are processed securely through our approved payment providers.
All prices listed on the Skilled Orbit website are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to update or change service prices at any time. However, once a payment has been completed, the agreed price for that order will not change.
Due to the customized nature of resume writing and career coaching services, payments are generally non-refundable once work has started. If a client cancels before work has begun, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
Most services include a limited number of revisions as described in the service package. Revision requests must be submitted within the timeframe specified after delivery of the completed work.
Clients agree to contact Skilled Orbit directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider.
For scheduled coaching sessions, clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed sessions without prior notice may be considered used and non-refundable.
Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes, transaction fees, or currency conversion charges imposed by their payment provider.
Skilled Orbit reserves the right to modify these payment terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the website and will apply to future purchases.
